How long will it take me to complete this course?
It really depends on how committed you are and the intention you have toward it. There might be chapters where you don't resonate much, but you have to trust it all adds up and leads you to a bigger understanding. Take it easy but commit to taking the time to integrate each chapter and to doing the meditations with a set intention. It should take you around 2 weeks to complete and notice the energy shift.
How do I combine the chapters, meditations and the eBook?
First, you watch the chapters, as of chapter three you have guided meditations linked to the following ones. The e-book you can start reading as of day one, it will help you clarify concepts and get you motivated and structured to begin a meditation routine.
